Your first quarter payment will be deducted upon membership signup. Thereafter, your account will be auto-billed a deposit of $950/quarter on the first day of each quarter. You will be banking those organizing hours for use during that quarter.

Products used for your project are in addition to the organizing time and a Project Management Fee (planning, coordination, sourcing and logistical preparation) for all projects.

Your advanced deposit will go towards the cost of your quarterly organizing session. If you do not schedule a session for the quarter, you will forfeit that deposit. This “use it or lose it” approach will provide accountability and ensure projects are scheduled quarterly. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

We would certainly hate to see you go, but fortunately there are no cancellation fees for your membership plan. Your quarterly deposits are non-refundable, so you will need to notify us in writing 14 days before the 1st of a quarter so we have time to suspend the automatic payments. If you fail to notify us in advance and are charged the advanced deposit, you will need to use the deposit on file within that quarter, or lose it.

In December of each calendar year, we will check in with you to see if you’d like to continue with the membership program and what spaces you would like to prioritize for the following year. The advanced deposits will expire on December 31st of the current membership year and will not carry over to the following year.
